Yes! With the Teams add-on you get the ability to create custom roles such as "Sales", "Web Designer", or whatever you need. You can customize each role so the users only see the information they need to do their job. So you don't have a Sales person accidentally deleting your website or a Web Designer accidentally updating a contact.

 

You literally just check some boxes to create the permissions you need for each role like the screenshot below:
