HubIQ has built in VoIP (phone) and you cant use any third party VoIP services with HubIQ and there is a great reason :)

Since HubIQ is all-in-on you can do things you simply cant do using other third party services without significant development costs. Here are a few examples what you can do easily with HubIQ

 

  • Have phone calls trigger messages like Emails

  • Route calls based on contact tags, subscription status, contact owner, repeat caller, etc

  • Incoming phone calls automatically create (or match) contacts based on Caller ID

  • Drag and drop to create interactive voice menus (press 1 for sales, 2 for support, etc)
