HubIQ provides built-in email that just works so you don't have to worry about having multiple services and integrations. Simply connect your domain name and you can start sending emails from your domain.
However some advanced users want total control over their email sending, reputation, and deliverability. In this case you can enable an integration for SMTP email or SendGrid email. Emails sent through custom integrations still count against the record limits and count when the email is sent so there is no cost difference adding your own service. Only if you use Gmail or Google Workspace/GSuite the emails sent do not count
