Users can customize their chatbot's appearance, including the bot color and image, by following these steps:
- Log in to your AI Chat account.
- Click on "AI Chatbot" in the left menu bar.
- Select your chatbot by clicking on its name.
- Navigate to "Bot Settings" where you can manage the chatbot's appearance.
- Click on Bot image in order to change image.
- Click on Bot color in order to choose your desired color.
- After making changes it will be auto saved to apply the new appearance settings.
